All orders will be dispatched as fast as possible, and could arrive before the stated delivery times depending on your location. Delivery times stated are for working days Monday to Friday and do not include bank holidays, but where possible we will try and deliver on Saturday at no extra cost - postal times stated are approx. Orders over the value of £75 will have free delivery.

Delivery services available - summary as of above
All our items are packaged to the highest standard to ensure a safe delivery using recycled packaging where possible. Delivery days are complete working days (Monday to Friday) from the day we recieve the order. (subject to Bank Holidays and other Events which effect normal Postal and Delivery services)
Orders placed after 3pm are regarded as being received by us on the the next working day. Currently we don't offer next day delivery as each mug or personalised novelty product has to be fired and dry etc before it can be sent out, but our delivery service does normally include delivery on Saturdays as standard at no extra cost.
