Delivery Policy
Each postage method has an estimated delivery time, on receipt of your order you will receive an estimated delivery date by on your confirmation email. If your order does not arrive within two working days after your estimated date, please contact us asap to resolve the issue. If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within two working days of delivery by email providing photographs of the broken item, so we can organise a replacement order to be sent out. If replacement mugs are sent and these also arrive damaged, then the order will become payable in full again. If an order becomes lost in the postal system, we will resend the order, once 15 working days has passed, since we dispatched the items. Should the second package dispatched also become lost our liability ceases. If we have sent the customer's order again and either package is returned to us for non collection from a sorting office or incorrect/incomplete address provided then the postage cost of this order is payable again. Orders shipped to an address outside the European Union are final (except for quality issues) and we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of these items.
Returns Policy
If the user is not happy for a valid reason, then they should contact us, arrange to send back the original gift or product and we will replace it with another copy, within 120 days. This does not affect the users' statutory rights. We do try and make our claims as to the performance of the site and subsequent manufacturing process as accurate as possible, but we do not guarantee any of these claims. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund, as long as they are not personalised, or made to your specification.
